Synchronous API: AI Tender Response Readiness Pack

Use for a short tender when your client can wait for extraction and analysis. The request is multipart/form-data and requires a Bearer JWT.

The successful response contains tenderResponseReadinessPack and downloadResults; every artifact, including JSON, must be downloaded through the authenticated action-result endpoint.
