Asynchronous API: AI Customer Success Renewal Pack

Upload one post-sale customer conversation to receive transcript TXT, a reviewable account-health and renewal brief, risk and success-plan CSV registers, CRM handoff JSON and downloadable pack JSON. Review all conclusions before outreach, renewal decisions or CRM updates.

Endpoint: POST https://mxprocess.com/api/files/start-process
Authentication: Bearer JWT from POST /api/login_check
Cost: 480 tokens, charged only on successful completion.

Accepted: exactly one MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG, OPUS, MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI or M4V, maximum 1 GB and 90 minutes. Poll the returned tracking URL and download every artifact, including JSON, through /api/actions/download-action-result/{id}/{fileName}.
