Asynchronous API: AI Lease Abstraction Pack

Upload one commercial lease or amendment. The worker extracts embedded text or runs OCR, then produces a source-evidenced lease abstract, critical-date schedule, obligations register and downloadable JSON. A qualified reviewer must validate all output against the signed agreement and amendments.

Cost: 22 tokens, charged after success.

Accepted: exactly one PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF up to 80 MB. Poll the returned trackingUrl. On completion actionResults contains source TXT, Markdown abstract, two CSV registers and JSON; download each artifact, including JSON, through the action-result download endpoint.
