Synchronous API: AI Insurance Claim Evidence Pack

Use this multipart endpoint for a short claim file when your client can wait for OCR and analysis. It requires a Bearer JWT and creates the same downloadable artifacts as the asynchronous workflow.

Successful output contains insuranceClaimEvidencePack, downloadResults and the persisted action under key 0.
