Prepare a document redaction plan to review
AI Privacy Exposure Remediation Pack helps a privacy, legal or operations team organise evidence from a document before deciding how it may be shared. Redaction decisions need context: removing too little can expose people, while removing too much can undermine the document’s purpose.
Plan redaction before a document leaves the organisation
A remediation brief can help a team compare candidate redactions with the source, clarify unresolved questions and prepare a reviewer’s decision. Each proposed action still needs validation against the applicable rules and business need.
Upload exactly one authorised PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF document, up to 80 MB. Choose the output language, jurisdiction context and intended sharing purpose so reviewers can assess the material in the right business context.
Practical files for a controlled review
The service produces a source-text file, a Markdown remediation brief, a CSV exposure register and a downloadable JSON pack. These outputs make it easier to allocate a review and document the discussion; they do not themselves make a document safe to disclose.
- Source text and a remediation brief to compare with the original document.
- A CSV register for exposure signals, evidence, priority and recommended remediation.
- A downloadable JSON pack for an internal approval or records workflow.
Fit the service into an existing review workflow
The documented Bearer-authenticated multipart API accepts the same file and parameters as the interface. A client can choose synchronous or asynchronous processing, keep the request reference, retrieve completed files and route them to its own review, records or CMS process.
Human review and lawful sharing remain essential
The pack is operational decision support, not legal advice, a DPIA or a guarantee that a document is safe to share. Qualified privacy and legal reviewers must check the original, the evidence, the proposed redactions and the final sharing decision.
Process only documents, personal data, brands and third-party material you are authorised to handle. Confirm recipients, access controls, retention, jurisdictional requirements and final wording before releasing any version.
