Synchronous API: AI Test Design Pack

Use this multipart endpoint for a short specification where the client can wait for OCR and test design. It requires a Bearer JWT and produces the same downloadable QA artifacts as the asynchronous workflow.

Accepted files: one PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF, up to 80 MB. Successful output contains testDesignPack and downloadResults; the persisted action is returned under key 0.
