Asynchronous API: AI Contract Negotiation Playbook

Upload one authorized draft commercial contract. The worker extracts text locally, including OCR for scans, then creates a reviewable negotiation strategy, concession matrix, redline brief and JSON. The service is commercial preparation support, not legal advice or an enforceability decision.

Authentication: Bearer JWT from POST /api/login_check
Cost: 180 tokens, charged according to the existing action lifecycle.

Accepted: exactly one PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF up to 80 MB. Poll the returned trackingUrl; when complete, actionResults contains TXT, Markdown, CSV and JSON artifacts. Download all results, including JSON, through the action-result download endpoint.
