同步 API：AI 视频发布包

仅当 HTTP 客户端能够等待 FFmpeg 提取、转录和发布规划时，才使用此模式。请求为 multipart/form-data，并需要 Bearer JWT。

成功输出包含 publishingPack 和 downloadResults：转录 TXT、SRT、Markdown 与 JSON 发布包以及 JPG 缩略图。
