Asynchronous API: Voice of Customer Insight Pack

Turn one customer-feedback CSV or JSON array export into evidence-backed themes, a prioritized product backlog and downloadable research artifacts.

Authentication: Bearer JWT
Cost: 120 tokens, charged by the platform lifecycle after a successful action.

Upload exactly one CSV or JSON array export, maximum 25 MB and 1,000 records. Save the returned id and poll /api/actions/get-action-infos/{id}. Completion lists normalized-feedback CSV, report Markdown, themes CSV, opportunity backlog CSV and JSON; download every file, including JSON, through /api/actions/download-action-result/{id}/FILENAME.
