Synchronous API: Voice of Customer Insight Pack

Use direct execution only when the caller can wait for local normalization and AI research analysis.

A successful response includes voiceOfCustomerInsightPack and downloadResults. CSV/JSON must contain usable feedback records; the service accepts one export up to 25 MB and 1,000 records.
