Create a reviewable property listing launch pack

Property Listing Launch Pack organises authorised property facts, plans, photographs, contacts, and notes into a reviewable listing package. It helps an agent prepare a complete first draft, but the agent must verify ownership, measurements, planning information, availability, media rights, local disclosures, and every claim that can affect a purchase or tenancy decision.

Build around verified facts

Check address, property type, rooms, floor area, tenure, price, energy information, availability, and material features. Keep a source for each fact. “Recently renovated” needs scope and date; “walkable to transport” needs a defensible basis; “sea view” should be checked from the relevant room. Attractive wording must not outrun evidence.

Give media a factual role

Match photographs, captions, and floor plans to the current property. Do not show private people, neighbouring addresses, or access details without permission. Do not imply furniture or appliances are included. A digitally altered or staged image needs the responsible agent’s decision. Media review is part of the listing, not decoration after the facts.

Write for a buyer without hiding limits

Explain layout, audience fit, viewing questions, restrictions, shared costs, lease terms, or work remaining where material. Never invent school ratings, returns, neighbourhood claims, or availability. A coordinator checks contacts and dates, a qualified reviewer checks disclosures, and the manager approves publication. The pack must not publish, contact a lead, alter a price, or expose private seller documents.

Launch after approval

Visit Property Listing Launch Pack, compare the draft with facts and media, and complete the local checklist. Property files may contain owners, tenants, floor plans, and access information; process only authorised files. A careful package saves time while preserving accuracy and disclosure.
