Create a reviewable property listing launch pack : API
A listing launch can fail through a stale price, wrong photograph, missing disclosure, unreachable contact, or unapproved copy. Property Listing Launch Pack assembles authorised property material into a launch checklist and reviewable package. It makes dependencies visible; it does not publish an advert, alter a portal, message a lead, or replace the human approval required before a property reaches the market.
Give every readiness item an owner
The agent owns facts, the media owner checks rights and captions, the commercial owner confirms price and availability, the coordinator checks contacts and the qualified reviewer checks disclosures. Define ready precisely: current plan attached, asking price confirmed, energy information available, seller wording approved, and viewing route tested. Include source date and approval status.
Check dependencies in order
Verify source authority, then facts, then media, then copy, then contacts, viewing instructions, disclosures, and destination. If the price changes, recheck narration, captions, end card, and landing page. If a photo is removed, check captions and claims. Record who changed a package and why. A checkbox must not hide a dependency that is still open.
Protect the launch boundary
Owner names, tenant information, floor plans, access codes, and private correspondence must remain within their permitted audience. Use only authorised files. Action administration does not transfer ownership of referenced resources, and a browser-supplied ID cannot bypass the server-side check. Keep the approved version and its time so a stale draft cannot be mistaken for the published one.
Launch with evidence
Visit Property Listing Launch Pack, assign every open item, review the complete package as a buyer would, and obtain human approval. A coordinated checklist saves rework because it exposes dependencies while leaving the market-facing decision with the property team.
