The difficult part of lease administration is often the boundary between a clause and a calendar. Lease Abstraction Pack extracts one authorised lease or scan up to 80 MB into an abstract, critical-dates CSV, obligations CSV, and JSON. The result helps inspect break options, renewals, expiries, and rent reviews, but it cannot decide whether a notice is valid or an option has been exercised.

Keep the trigger beside the date

Record whether a date comes from commencement, expiry, receipt, an anniversary, or another event. Check delivery method, business-day definitions, payment conditions, and required forms. A renewal window is not the same as a notice deadline. For each row ask what must happen, who owns it, which evidence proves completion, and what happens if the window is missed.

Read the signed wording, not only OCR

Scans, footnotes, tables, annotations, and cross-references can change a date. Compare every day, month, year, duration, percentage, and defined term with the source. If an amendment conflicts with the base lease, preserve the conflict for counsel. An empty or uncertain field is safer than a plausible deadline no one can defend.

Coordinate the property handoff

An analyst can prepare the calendar, a manager can validate commercial context, and counsel can resolve interpretation. Transfer accepted rows into the controlled register and schedule reminders early enough for drafting and approval. Never turn the CSV into an unsupervised notice engine. Lease data is private: use authorised documents only, and remember that an administrator’s access to an action does not grant ownership of another user’s file.

Review before relying on a deadline

Explore Lease Abstraction Pack with one PDF or scan, compare the critical-dates output with the signed wording, and have a qualified reviewer approve it. A clear evidence trail is more valuable than a confident date detached from its contractual conditions.
